Pokemon Winners

The competition was fierce. But no one got absolutely every question right. The question that tripped up nearly everyone was:

What language did the word Pokemon come from? The correct answer is English! The word comes from a mashup of "Pocket Monster" (this was a trick question because it was Japanese people that came up with the word).

We had 14 students that only got 1 question wrong. Unfortunately that is more students than prizes, so to make it fair, we have drawn 5 random winners from the 14 winners.

So the following winners can collect their prizes from the ILC:

Lucy Drummon
Mason Davis
Alexander Ireland
Georgia Mantzaris
Rory Quinn

Congratulations also go to:

Tom Smith
Lochie Philp
Noah Langerak
David McInerney
Rex Darcy
Matthew Tormey
Matthew Ferry
Harry Kitchingman

Check out the blog again next week for a new competition and a chance to win!
